The Process

Contact Form

First thing, first! Fill out the contact form. It contains your contact information, the service and/or product you’re interested in, desired wreath size, anticipated deadline, and any inspiration you may have. I cannot give you an accurate quote without this information first.

Agreement

Once I’ve gathered your all information, I will reach out to regarding the vision for your wreath. We will talk about all of your must-haves! A quote will be provided to you that covers the cost of material, labor, and delivery.

A non-refundable deposit of half of the amount of the quote is due upon acceptance of the agreement. The deposit secures your order and will be applied to the total amount. Deposits are sent via invoice.

The remaining balance of half of the amount of the quote will be paid after approval of the rough draft and no later than 24 hrs before the scheduled delivery via invoice.

Rough Draft

I will keep you updated through messages and images of the progress of your wreath. When the wreath is finished, I will send you a rough draft image. You will have 24-48 hours to respond back with 2-3 revisions that you would like to make, if any.

After that time period has lapsed and/or approval of the rough draft is received, all florals and accessories will be attached permanently to the wreath and delivery date, time, and location are chosen.

Delivery

In the event of schedule conflicts and/or emergencies, please reach out to me to reschedule at our earliest convenience.

To prevent delay in receiving your wreath please remember that the remaining balance of half of the amount of the quote is to be paid after approval of the rough draft and no later than 24 hrs before the scheduled delivery.

If shipping, wreaths will be mailed 24-48 hours after approval and I will provide you with tracking information.
